Shipping policy

All shipping costs and options are presented to you during checkout BEFORE you pay.

 

United States Orders

We provide Free standard shipping on all orders over $25 to any address located in the United States of America.

 

Canada

We offer a flat $10 shipping fee for packages under 0.5 a pound (about 4-5 ZippyCaps) and $13 for packages between a .5 and 1lb.

 

United Kingdom 

We offer a flat $10 shipping fee for packages under 0.5 a pound (about 4-5 ZippyCaps) and $13 for packages between a .5 and 1lb.

 

All other International Orders (any address outside the United States)

Fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination country and package weight.

All international orders will be shipped from the United States to your address as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

DDU means we are responsible for the safe delivery of goods to your address. We pay all shipping expenses and assume all risk during transport. 

You as the international buyer, once the package arrives in your country, are responsible for paying an applicable import duties, and VAT taxes.

 

Easyship- our third party shipping tool

We print shipping labels and manage all our shipping via our third party service, EasyShip. They will provide the lowest cost and most efficient methods of shipping. We pass the shipping cost on to you without any markup. There are also options for faster shipping for more money if you so choose.
