Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@zippycap.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Items purchased through any ZippyCap retailer must be returned/exchanged through that retailer and be subject to their returns policy.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If we shipped you the wrong product, no worries. We will exchange it at no cost to you, providing you with a shipping return label. Just reach out to us at support@zippycap.com.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Warranty
All ZIPPYCAP units include a 30-day limited warranty. For warranty support, please email us at support@zippycap.com as soon as possible.
Please note that general wear and tear, loss, dog chewing, or theft is not covered by our warranty. Manufacturer defects include, but are not limited to, structural imperfections sustained before initial use, cracks in the plastic parts, and any rips or tears to the silicone straw.
NOTE: The warrantor expressly disclaims liability for incidental, consequential, or special damages of any nature. This warranty does not cover 1) a defect that has been caused by repair or modification by any person other than a ZippyPlanet technician; 2) a defect caused by negligence, accident, or misuse of the product; 3) damage resulting from improper operation.
